Access And Refund Policy

Current public operation is no-charge/manual-access until paid plans are enabled.

• Free Demo signup is public and limited by the active plan rules.
• Free Pilot or full access is granted by admins while payment mode is manual.
• If paid plans are enabled later, receipts, access expiry, refunds, and overrides will be recorded in the payment ledger.
• Institution access is controlled through institution licenses and assigned seats.
• Access may be revoked for policy abuse, duplicate misuse, or security risk.

These policies are operational records for the current LS pilot/public launch state. They can be replaced by formally reviewed legal text before paid public launch.
